Unique picnics are pleased to offer you the opportunity to reschedule your picnic for an alternative date and time in the event of a change in circumstances. We kindly request that you promptly contact us, allowing us to assist you in this process. 

Weather conditions on the Sunshine Coast have the tendency to undergo rapid changes. At Unique Picnics, we diligently observe the weather patterns daily. In the event rain is forecast on the day/time of your picnic & the ground is damp, we will contact you to arrange for an alternative day. 

We do not levy any fee for a deposit, however when you make a booking with us, we kindly request that you provide full payment to Unique Picnics. After we acknowledge and provide you our banking information, we need full payment to ensure your picnic is confirmed. We will then email you a receipt confirming your booking. 

You are welcome to bring your own food and drinks. We supply wine glasses, plates, knives & forks only.

Kindly ensure you bring your own serving food utensils to your delightful picnic.

If you prefer to have your picnic catered for, we have partnered with local caterers offering delicious options. Please contact our partners directly.

 We offer a service for a maximum up to 6 individuals, providing an opulent outdoor dining experience. 

If you have purchased a fresh bouquet arrangement with us, you are welcomed to take them along with you, after your delightful picnic. 

• Beach packages 1, 7 and 8 are exclusively designed for a beach setting. 
• Unique Picnics operates Sunday, Tuesday and Thursdays as per council regulation approval (beach & park locations) 
• We offer five beautiful locations at Cliff Hargraves Park at Currimundi Lake, Tickle Park – Coolum, Dicky Beach Park, Muller Park – Bli Bli (until the end of June 2024), Charles Clarke Park – Mooloolaba, Maroochy Botanical Gardens – Tanawaha. 
• Backyard picnics are available all days except Fridays and Saturdays 
• Please keep in mind that we are unable to provide refunds for a no-show. 
• Unique Picnics does not provide food or alcoholic beverages as you are responsible for supplying your own food and drinks. 
• Unique Picnics does not take any responsibility or liability for you and your guests, particularly for individuals under the age of 18. 
• Not exercising or enforcing any right or provision of these terms of service does not mean that such right or provision is waived. 
• The terms of service and any posted policies or rules on our site or related to the service make up the complete agreement between you and us. They control your use of the service. 
• We may update, change, or replace any part of our terms of service by posting updates and changes on our website. If you continue to use our website or the service after any changes to these terms of service, you are agreeing to the updated terms.
